Child & Play Therapy

Young children often express themselves best through play. Our child therapy sessions are rooted in Child-Centered Play Therapy, where toys become the language for children to process difficult emotions, build coping skills, and feel more in control of their world.

Issues we address include:
  • Behavioral challenges

  • Emotional outbursts

  • Anxiety and separation issues

  • Trauma and grief

  • Adjustment to divorce or school environments

Support Throughout the Process

  • Our therapists partner with parents and caregivers throughout the process, providing guidance and insight into the child's emotional world, and helping families strengthen their connection.
