Woo Chan Lee
LPMFT
I know how powerful it can be to find someone who offers space to feel accepted and to see things in a different light. My own experiences, both in therapy and in life, have shaped how I show up with clients: with curiosity, warmth, and a deep respect for where you’re starting from.
Whether I’m working with couples, families, or individuals, I aim to build a relationship that invites creativity, surprise, and even a little laughter. Therapy can be challenging, but it can also be a place of shared discovery and connection.

Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Couples may be feeling disconnected or caught in painful patterns, parents may be worried about their child’s emotions or behavior, and children may be struggling to express big feelings in healthy ways.
I work with couples, families, and children using a client-centered, trauma-informed approach that honors each person’s story and pace. Through play therapy with children and collaborative, supportive work with adults, therapy becomes a space where clients can feel heard, understood, and safe.

Tina Iacovissi, LMFT
Clinical Director
My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply rooted in my own family history and a lifelong desire to understand and support others. I've always been drawn to helping others feel seen and understood.
Over time, this natural inclination became a clear calling. Along the way, I gained not only academic knowledge and clinical training, but also the empathy and insight that comes from walking through my own life challenges. These moments gave me a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support and the strength it takes to change.
